Frequently Asked Questions
You probably have a few questions before reaching out. Totally fair.
Here are some of the things people usually want to know about working with me. And if you don’t see your question here, just ask. 😊
I help coaches, service providers, creatives, and solo business owners with the websites, funnels, and digital systems behind their business.
That can include:
- Website design, updates, and ongoing management
- Landing pages and sales pages
- Funnels and client journey setup
- Email marketing and automations
- Connecting and organizing the tools that make everything work together
- Creative and content support when needed
- Ongoing website and digital support
Basically, if there’s something happening behind the scenes that’s making your business harder to run than it needs to be, let’s talk about it.
You don’t have to know exactly what you need before contacting me.
I work primarily through project-based and package-based pricing, rather than hourly billing.
Some projects have a clear beginning and end, like a website or funnel. Others work better as ongoing support where I help you maintain and improve things over time.
Once I understand what you’re trying to accomplish, I’ll recommend the type of engagement that makes the most sense.
I don’t believe in squeezing every project into the same package just because it looks neat on a pricing page.
I work with a variety of website, funnel, email, and marketing platforms, including:
Websites: WordPress, Elementor, Wix, and other drag-and-drop builders
Funnels & systems: GoHighLevel, Kartra, FG Funnels, Groove, Systeme.io
Email marketing: Mailchimp, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, and similar platforms
Design: Canva
Communication & collaboration: Email, Zoom, Trello, Asana, Notion, and similar tools
I don’t expect you to use the same tools I do.
If you’re already using a platform, we’ll work with what makes sense for your business. And if there’s a tool I haven’t used before, I’m usually pretty comfortable figuring it out.
My sweet spot is coaches, service providers, creatives, and solo business owners who have a lot going on behind the scenes and would rather spend their time serving clients than figuring out their tech.
You might be launching something, rebuilding your website, setting up a funnel, cleaning up your systems, or simply realizing that your current setup has become a little too complicated.
If that sounds familiar, we’re probably worth a conversation.
Yes.
I can help with a new website, a redesign, or improvements to an existing site.
But I’m not just interested in making a website look nice. I want it to make sense for the person visiting it.
Where do they go? What do they need to know? What should they do next?
A beautiful website that leaves people wondering what to do next isn’t doing much for your business.
Yes.
I can help with things like landing pages, sales pages, funnel setup, email sequences, forms, automations, and connecting the pieces behind the scenes.
The goal isn’t to add more technology just because we can.
It’s to make the journey simpler — for you and for your clients.
Social media isn’t the main focus of Flowriffic anymore.
I may provide creative or content-related support as part of a project or ongoing engagement, but I’m not a social media strategist.
My focus is on the digital infrastructure behind your business — your website, funnels, systems, and client experience.
You don’t have to book a call immediately.
Start by filling out my inquiry form and telling me a little about what you’re working on, what’s not working, and what you’d like help with.
I’ll review your inquiry and get back to you personally.
If I think we’re a good fit, we’ll set up a call to talk through your project in more detail. From there, I’ll recommend the best way for us to work together.
No pressure. No awkward sales pitch. Just a conversation to see if it makes sense.
It depends on what we’re building.
A smaller website update or landing page might take considerably less time than a full website, funnel, or system setup.
Before we start, I’ll give you an estimated timeline based on the scope of the project and what I need from you.
One thing I’ve learned from working on digital projects: things move much faster when I have the content, access, and information I need from the beginning. 😉
Yes.
Some clients just need help getting something built and are happy to take it from there. Others prefer having someone they can rely on for ongoing website, funnel, or digital support.
If ongoing support makes sense for your business, we can talk about a monthly arrangement after we understand what you actually need.
I don’t believe in keeping you on a retainer just for the sake of having a retainer.
Honestly? I don’t want to make your tech more complicated than it needs to be.
I’ve worked behind the scenes of small businesses for years, and I’ve seen how easy it is to keep adding another tool, another page, another automation, another process…
Until suddenly, everything feels harder than it should.
That’s why I like to step back and look at the bigger picture.
What are you trying to accomplish? What’s getting in the way? What can we simplify?
I bring the technical skills, but I also care about the experience — both yours and your client’s.
Absolutely.
In fact, that’s pretty common.
You don’t need to come to me with a perfectly written project brief or know exactly which platform, funnel, or automation you need.
Tell me what’s happening in your business, what’s frustrating you, and what you’re hoping to improve.
We’ll figure out the rest from there.
Not sure where to start?
That’s okay. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you reach out.
Tell me what’s going on with your website, funnel, or systems, and let’s see if I can help.
