Frequently Asked Questions

You probably have a few questions before reaching out. Totally fair.

Here are some of the things people usually want to know about working with me. And if you don’t see your question here, just ask. 😊

My main focus is funnel design and build for coaches and service-based businesses.

I help create a clear path that guides people from discovering your business to taking the next stepβ€”whether that’s joining your email list, booking a call, signing up for something, or purchasing an offer.

Depending on the project, I can also help with website design and digital implementation when those pieces are needed to support your funnel or online presence.

I build funnels based on what you want your audience to do and where they are in the client journey.

This may include:

  • Lead generation and opt-in funnels
  • Discovery call or booking funnels
  • Sales funnels
  • Simple offer or checkout funnels
  • Lead magnet delivery and nurture funnels

I don’t believe every business needs a huge or complicated funnel. We’ll figure out what actually makes sense for your offer and goals.

The exact setup depends on the project, but a funnel can include landing pages, opt-in forms, thank-you pages, sales pages, email integrations, booking calendars, checkout pages, and basic automations.

Before we start, we’ll determine which pieces you actually need so you’re not paying for unnecessary tech or extra steps.

No. A funnel can work independently from a full website.

If you already have a website, I can look at how the funnel should connect with it. If you don’t have one, we can still build the pages needed for your funnel without creating an entire website first.

Yes. You don’t always need to start from scratch.

If you already have pages, forms, emails, or other parts of your funnel in place, I can review what you have and determine what needs to be redesigned, connected, updated, or completed.

Yes. I can set up and connect the basic automations needed to make your funnel workβ€”for example, adding a new lead to your email list, delivering a lead magnet, triggering an email sequence, or connecting forms and booking tools.

More advanced or highly customized automation requirements may need to be scoped separately.

For funnels and email marketing, I currently work with tools such as GoHighLevel, Systeme.io, MailerLite, and WordPress.

For websites, I work primarily with WordPress and Wix.

If you use something else, tell me what you’re working with when you inquire. I can let you know whether it’s something I can support.

My main service is funnel strategy, design, build, and implementation rather than full-service conversion copywriting.

I can help organize your messaging, structure the content on your pages, and make sure the copy fits the journey we’re building. If your project needs extensive copywriting from scratch, we can determine the best approach before the project begins.

Yes. Funnel design is my main focus, but website design and redesign are still available for coaches and service-based businesses.

Website work can be a standalone project or part of a larger funnel project when your website needs to support the journey we’re building.

It starts with a simple inquiry.

Tell me about your business, your offer, what you’re currently doing, and what you’d like to improve. I’ll review what you share and we can determine whether I’m the right fit and what kind of project makes sense.

You don’t need to have all the technical details figured out beforehand.

Pricing depends on the scope because not every funnel requires the same number of pages, integrations, emails, or technical setup.

Once I understand what you need, I’ll outline the scope and pricing before we begin. This also means we can keep the project focused on what your business actually needs rather than adding unnecessary pieces.

Timelines depend on the size and complexity of the project, as well as how quickly the content, copy, images, logins, and feedback needed for the build are provided.

I’ll give you a clearer estimated timeline once we’ve defined the scope of your project.

Yes, depending on what you need.

Some clients only need the initial build, while others need occasional updates, funnel edits, technical implementation, or ongoing support afterward. We can discuss this separately once the main project is complete.

Absolutely. You don’t need to know whether you need an β€œopt-in funnel,” β€œsales funnel,” or some specific technical setup before contacting me.

Tell me about your offer, how people currently find you, and what you want them to do next. We can start there.

Not sure where to start?

That’s okay. You don’t need to have your entire funnel mapped out before reaching out.

Tell me what you’re offering, how people currently find you, and where you feel the journey is getting stuck. We’ll figure out what makes sense from there.
