Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
Once payment has been successfully processed and the product has been delivered or made available for download, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us. We will gladly help resolve download or access issues.
Services
Refunds, deposits, cancellations, and payment terms for services will be outlined in each client’s proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement.
If a consultation or appointment is offered through our website in the future, any cancellation or rescheduling policy will be communicated at the time of booking.
